窄槽底部感应淬火方法及装置

Abstract

本发明涉及窄槽形部件的底部淬火加工方法和专用装置。目的是对凹槽形部件的底面淬火处理,而不对槽侧壁和沿口淬火。技术要点在于:加热器主体埋于水中,上表面露出水面;凹槽形工件的槽口朝下、侧壁埋于水中、底面位于加热器上表面对应位置;然后加热淬火。本发明的加热器主体和凹槽形工件主体都位于水中,避免被加热;而仅有凹槽底面被加热淬火。因此既能满足将凹槽底面淬火的工艺要求,又不会同时将部件的其它位置加热,影响工件性能。水的略微流动可以降低水温避免加热器周围水汽受热蒸发对工件产生影响。
The invention relates to a quenching method for bottoms of narrow-grooved components and a special device. The method and the device are used for quenching bottom faces of grooved components while the sidewalls and edge openings of grooves are not subjected to quenching. The method comprises the technical key point that a main body of a heater is buried in water, and the upper surface of the heater is exposed to a water surface; groove openings of grooved workpieces face downwards, the sidewalls of the workpieces are buried in water, and the bottom faces of the workpieces are located at corresponding positions on the upper surface of the heater; and then, the heating and quenching are carried out. According to the method and the device, the main body of the heater and main bodies of the grooved workpieces are located in water so as not to be heated, and only the bottom faces of grooves are subjected to heating and quenching, so that the requirements of a groove bottom face quenching process can be met, other positions of the components cannot be heated at the same time, and then, the performance of the workpieces cannot be affected. Due to the slight flowing of water, the water temperature can be reduced, so that the influence on the workpieces caused by the fact that water around the heater is evaporated due to heating is avoided.
