Abstract

本发明涉及一种适用于低速平稳运行的压电陶瓷直线马达,是对运动执行结构的改进。其连接关系为:前压电陶瓷微位移驱动器与后压电陶瓷微位移驱动器通过输出支点连接;前压电陶瓷微位移驱动器的另一端连接前支点,后压电陶瓷微位移驱动器的另一端连接后支点;其中,前支点与后支点的连接关系为:压电陶瓷微位移驱动器上下各与一个陶瓷端部相连接;本发明模仿人汲水的运动过程,通过前后两个支点将两个压电陶瓷微位移驱动器的运动进行叠加,使整个压电陶瓷直线马达保留了压电陶瓷微位移驱动器的高运动分辨率、可超低速运行的优点,同时扩展了其运动范围,使其运动范围只受U型导轨的长度尺寸的限制;则本发明能够实现大范围的低速平稳运行。
The invention relates to a piezoelectric ceramic linear motor suitable for low velocity stable operation. The piezoelectric ceramic linear motor suitable for the low velocity stable operation is an improvement for a motion performing structure. Connection relationship of the linear motor is that a front piezoelectric ceramic micrometric displacement driver is connected with a rear piezoelectric ceramic micrometric displacement driver through an output support point; and the other end of the front piezoelectric ceramic micrometric displacement driver is connected with a front support point and the other end of the rear piezoelectric ceramic micrometric displacement driver is connected with a rear support point. Connection relationship of the front support point and the rear support point is that the upper side and the lower side of a piezoelectric ceramic micrometric displacement driver are respectively connected with a ceramic end portion. The piezoelectric ceramic linear motor suitable for the low velocity stable operation simulates the motion process that a person sucks water, motion of the two piezoelectric ceramic micrometric displacement drivers is overlapped through the front support point and the rear support point so that the whole piezoelectric ceramic linear motor reserves the advantages, of high motion resolution ratio and being capable of operating at an ultra-low velocity, of the piezoelectric ceramic micrometric displacement driver, meanwhile a motion range is expanded, the motion range is only limited by the length size of a U-shaped guide rail and therefore the piezoelectric ceramic linear motor suitable for the low velocity stable operation can achieve low velocity stable operation at the large range.
