Abstract

本发明公开一种高温紧包光纤,其包括纤芯、包覆于所述的纤芯上的光纤包层,所述的光纤包层外还依次设置有树脂涂层和缓冲保护层,所述的树脂涂层为涂覆于光纤包层上的光纤聚酰亚胺树脂涂层,所述的缓冲保护层为挤塑在树脂涂层上的液晶聚合物缓冲保护层。本发明在光纤包层外涂覆光纤聚酰亚胺树脂涂层,在树脂涂层外挤塑液晶聚合物缓冲保护层,缓冲保护层的膨胀系数小、强度高、模量高因次使光纤具有良好的力学性能,缓冲保护层和树脂涂层能在300℃的温度下长期使用,使光纤具有良好的阻燃性和耐高温性。
The invention discloses a high-temperature tightly packaged optical fiber which comprises a fiber core and an optical fiber cladding cladded with the fiber core, wherein a resin coating and a buffer protection layer are arranged outside the optical fiber cladding sequentially; the resin coating is an optical fiber polyimide resin coating coated with the optical fiber cladding; and the buffer protection layer is a liquid crystal polymer buffer protection layer extruded on the resin coating. According to the high-temperature tightly packaged optical fiber, the optical fiber cladding is coated with the optical fiber polyimide resin coating, the liquid crystal polymer buffer protection layer is extruded outside the resin coating, and the buffer protection layer is small in expansion coefficient, high in strength and high in modulus, so that the optical fiber has a good mechanical property; and the buffer protection layer and the resin coating can be used for a long time at 300 DEG C, so that the optical fiber has good flame retardancy and high-temperature resistance.
