Abstract

The invention discloses a control method for a transistor, aiming to improve a power factor in a PFC (power factor correction) circuit. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining a first input current value and a second input current value which are input into a PFC control device; obtaining a first time period continued by a high electrical level of a pulse width modulated wave in a first period for controlling a first transistor and a second time period continued by a low electrical level of the pulse width modulated wave in the first period according to the first input current value and the second input current value; and on the basis of the first time period and the second time period, controlling the first transistor to be in a connected state or a disconnected state. The invention further discloses a device and an air-conditioning system for realizing the method.
本发明公开了一种晶体管控制方法,用于提高PFC电路中功率因数。所述方法包括:获得输入到所述PFC控制装置的第一输入电流值和第二输入电流值;根据所述第一输入电流值和所述第二输入电流值获得用于控制所述第一晶体管的脉宽调制波形在第一周期中高电平持续的第一时长及所述脉宽调制波形在第一周期中低电平持续的第二时长;基于所述第一时长及所述第二时长,控制所述第一晶体管处于导通状态或截止状态。本发明还公开了用于实现所述方法的装置及空调系统。
