Low-carbon lubricant additive and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a low-carbon lubricating oil additive and a preparation method thereof. The low-carbon lubricant additive mainly comprises three types of base oils, intermediate synthesis ester type base oil and a plurality of additives in a weight ratio. By utilizing the low-carbon lubricating oil additive provided by the invention in lubricating oil blending, the additive has good heat stability and high-temperature oxidation resistance when a main dose ZDDP (Zinc Dialkyl Dithiophosphates) is reduced or is not used, and meanwhile, the formation of soot in the lubricating oil can be effectively restrained; and after being proved by practices of a plurality of vehicles, the excellent oxidation resistance is still expressed, the carbon deposition and coking efficiencies are reduced, an effective technical support is provided for realizing that the lubricating oil is not changed within thirty thousand kilometers, and goals of petroleum resource conservation, energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
本发明提供了一种低碳润滑油添加剂以及制备方法,由3类基础油和中间体合成酯类基础油与多种添加剂按照重量比组成本,在润滑油调合中使用本发明的产品,在主剂量ZDDP减少或不使用的情况下,具有良好的热稳定性和高温抗氧化性能,同时在润滑油中有效抑制烟炱的形成,经过多次台次车辆使用实践证明,依旧发挥出了出色的抗氧化及减少积碳结焦效能,为润滑油品达到3万公里不换油提供了有利技术支持,达到节省石油资源,节能减排目标。
