Abstract

本发明涉及一种核岛反应堆基础底部压力灌浆装置,包括置于基层面凹槽内的灌浆管,其特征在于:还包括直线并排均匀距离固定在基层面凹槽两侧的若干个灌浆管固定支架,所述灌浆管穿过该若干个灌浆管固定支架的内部,还包括固定在该若干个灌浆管固定支架上的若干个灌浆料液面检测装置。本发明还涉及一种由该灌浆装置构成的灌浆系统;本发明还涉及一种使用该灌浆系统对核岛反应堆基础底部压力灌浆的灌浆方法。本发明对灌浆装置、灌浆系统以及灌浆方法进行了改进,采用灌浆液面检测装置的设计,解决了空间狭小,并且面积大的灌浆区域灌浆料的密实难题;可以观察灌浆过程中控制各灌浆管的灌浆速度;避免灌浆管拔出液面后,空气由灌浆料引入影响灌浆质量。
The invention relates to a grouting device for conducting pressure grouting on a nuclear island reactor foundation bottom. The grouting device comprises grouting pipes arranged in a basic layer surface groove and is characterized by comprising a plurality of grouting pipe fixing supports fixed on two sides of the basic layer surface groove abreast in a linear mode at intervals. The grouting pipes penetrate through the insides of the plurality of grouting pipe fixing supports. The grouting device further comprises a plurality of grouting material level detecting devices fixed on the plurality of grouting pipe fixing supports. The invention further relates to a grouting system formed by the grouting device. The invention further relates to a grouting method for conducting the pressure grouting on the nuclear island reactor foundation bottom by using the grouting system. The grouting device, system and method is improved, and by using the grouting level detecting devices, the problem of density of the grouting material in a large-area grouting area is solved. Grouting speed of the grouting pipes in a grouting process can be observed, and grouting quality is prevented from being affected by air led in through the grouting material after the grouting pipes are pulled out of the liquid level.
