Abstract

本发明专利提出了一种用于检测炮孔内炸药爆速的装置,该检测装置由单元结构组成。单元结构由横板1和竖杆2组成,横板上带有滑动槽,用以调整单元结构之间的距离。该爆速检测装置的直径与炮孔直径一致,使检测装置在炮孔内不能横向移动,保证了探针距离与爆轰波传播距离相同。通过调整单元结构之间的距离,可以检测不同直径炮孔内的炸药爆速。该检测装置制作简单,价格低廉,使用方便、能够真实反映炸药在炮孔内的实际爆炸性能。
The invention provides a device for detecting explosive detonation velocity in a blast hole. The device for detecting the explosive detonation velocity comprises unit structures. Each unit structure is composed of transverses boards (1) and a vertical bar (2), wherein sliding grooves are formed in the transverse boards so that the distance between the unit structures can be adjusted. The diameter of the detection device is the same as the diameter of the blast hole, therefore, the detection device can not make lateral movement in the blast hole, and the distance of probes and the propagation distance of explosive waves are guaranteed to be the same. The distance between the unit structures can be adjusted so that the explosive detonation velocity in blast holes of different diameters can be detected. Further, the detection device is simple in manufacturing, cheap, convenient to use, and capable of truly reflecting the actual explosive performance of the explosives in the blast holes.
