Abstract

The invention relates to a linear ultrasonic motor stator clamping and locating and precompression exerting device and belongs to the technical field of ultrasonic motors. A groove is formed in a casing, the groove is structurally divided into a bottom layer groove and a top layer groove, slide seats are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom layer groove, a stator clamping part is arranged between the two slide seats, a protrusion is arranged on the stator lamping part, a linear ultrasonic motor stator is fixed on the protrusion of the stator clamping part, and the linear ultrasonic motor stator is arranged in the top layer groove of the casing. One end of a spring sleeve is connected with a pre-tightening spring, the pre-tightening spring is connected with one end of a pre-tightening bolt, the other end of the spring sleeve is connected with the linear ultrasonic motor stator, the other end of the pre-tightening bolt is connected with a threaded through hole formed in the inner wall of the casing, a front cover plate is arranged at the front end of the casing through a locking bolt, and a casing cover plate is arranged on the outer side of the casing. The device can clamp and locate a linear ultrasonic motor and adjust precompression of the linear ultrasonic motor in assembling and is simple and convenient to operate. In addition, the motor can operate only by unlocking after being installed.
本发明涉及一种直线超声电机夹持定位及预压力施加装置,属于超声电机技术领域,外壳内设有凹槽,其凹槽结构分为底层凹槽与顶层凹槽两层,底层凹槽内左右两侧各布置滑动座,定子夹持件布置在两侧滑动座之间,定子夹持件上设有凸起,直线超声电机定子固定在定子夹持件的凸起上,且直线超声电机定子布置在外壳的顶层凹槽内;弹簧套的一端与预紧弹簧连接,预紧弹簧与预紧螺栓的一端连接,弹簧套的另一端与直线超声电机定子连接,预紧螺栓的另一端与外壳内壁上的螺纹通孔相连接;前盖板通过锁定螺栓布置在外壳的前端,外壳盖板布置在外壳的外侧。该装置可在装配时实现直线超声电机的夹持定位和预压力调节,使电机在安装后只需解锁即可运行,操作简单方便。
