Abstract

本发明提供了一种三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯联产一步法合成系统及工艺,包括一级裂化反应器,其出口与闪蒸塔的入口相连通,闪蒸塔底部设有液体出口,闪蒸塔的气体出口与一级冷凝塔相连通,一级冷凝塔底部设有四氯乙烯出口,一级冷凝塔的气体出口与二级冷凝塔的入口相连通,二级冷凝塔底部设有三氯乙烯出口。将四氯乙烷和氯气送入一级裂化反应器进行裂化反应,产物送入闪蒸塔中,闪蒸塔中的气体进入一级冷凝塔,四氯乙烯从一级冷凝塔输出,一级冷凝塔中的气体进入二级冷凝塔,三氯乙烯从二级冷凝塔输出。本发明一步合成三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯两种产品,工艺流程短且操作简单,产品纯度高,并可根据需求调整生产出的三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯比例。
The invention provides a one-step method synthesis system and process for co-production of trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene. The one-step method synthesis system comprises a primary cracking reactor, wherein an outlet of the primary cracking reactor is communicated with an inlet of a flash evaporation tower, a liquid outlet is formed at the bottom of the flash evaporation tower, a gas outlet of the flash evaporation tower is communicated with a primary condensation tower, a tetrachloroethylene outlet is formed at the bottom of the primary condensation tower, the gas outlet of the primary condensation tower is communicated with the inlet of a secondary condensation tower, and a trichloroethylene outlet is formed at the bottom of the secondary condensation tower. Tetrachloroethane and chlorine are sent into the primary cracking reactor for performing cracking reaction, a product is sent into the flash evaporation tower, gas in the flash evaporation tower enters the primary condensation tower, the tetrachloroethylene is output from the primary condensation tower, the gas in the primary condensation tower enters the secondary condensation tower, and the trichloroethylene is output from the secondary condensation tower. According to the one-step method synthesis system and process provided by the invention, two products, namely the trichloroethylene and the tetrachloroethylene can be synthesized through one step, the process flow is short, the operation is simple, the product purity is high, and the proportion of the produced trichloroethylene to the produced tetrachloroethylene can be adjusted according to requirements.
